I am always kind worried when I make a post saying how much I love something because I really dont want it to turn into a flame war and cause the mods problems, but they do put a lot of work into what they do and praise is always nice so here I go. For all of you that want to make a constructive suggestion go please do but please do not just say "AdminX sucks and he banned me" this is not the place for that. There is always room for improvement but we are doing very well regardless IMO.
I just wanted to say that I love the way you guys run the resolution center, I think that there is always a very fast response from an admin and that it is being handled professionally and constructively. I follow every thread and feel that every user has a chance to make there case and that every single complaint is handled amazingly.
You guys are doing a great job keep it up.
