How do you take a screenshot of compiz cube?

i just record my desktop session and play it back fullscreen with vlc and then take a screenshot of the paused image.

There is a screenshot application that comes with ubuntu, on the first item on the main menu, I just start that up, set the timer to 2 seconds, hold the cube how I want and voila, lovely screenshot, you know the picture's been taken when you see the window pop up on the cube ;)

Thanks guys this helped me too, only problem is with the second solution it doesn't always work no matter what how many seconds you give it, but thanks anyway. :)
