Seeking advice on using webmin

Hello!

I'm looking for a remote admin solution for my "new" Ubuntu 9.10 server.

I like the idea of using webmin but I've noticed that it's not in the Ubuntu repos and that some people here have had trouble getting it to work.

Can anyone offer me some advice installing it?

You can download the .deb or the .tar using wget.

The webmin (http://www.webmin.com/download.html) site has instructions for both formats. Left hand side of the web page has links.
