I am using the Zsnes emulator for SNES games and (I am stupid!) I changed the resolution inside the emulator and when I go to applications>>>games>>>Zsenes emulator it opens and it crashes or closes right away.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalled and reinstalled older version

Delete the .zsnes folder out of your home folder, it does that all the time with me. Backup anything you may like out of it, though is usually just config sutff unless you have save states.

oh man, zsnes keeps battery saves in there as well, deleting the whole folder could mean losing many days of gameplay. it's only necessary to remove zsnesl.cfg from this directory. all video setting are kept in this one file.

Allow me a bit of stupid as well. How can you keep the emulator from swapping out to other stuff?

First of all why are you posting in this thread instead of making your own?
Second what the hell are you talking about?

I think he mean's how does he keep the 'swap memory' from leaking to other programs; to keep most the memory focused on the emulator... I think. You gotta read between the lines buddy, or you won't understand jack!
