Hi,
In Ubuntu 8.04LTS I have a server that is conistently getting File System errors? On hte screen in prints out message regarding "inodes that were part of a corrupted orphan list was found" issues regarding blocks. THe server does not reboot and when i power t off and reboot It fails puts my into the recovery console and I have to manually run fsck. This fixes the issues for a while. I am replacing the file server but I want to know what I should be looking for the in the LOG files. I see that they are full of audit() entries where the operation is "inode permission"
Where are file system errors log nad under what heading are they the audit????
