It is grayed out and there are no buttons for new posts or new threads. I logged out and back in. What is going on?

If you have a 64bit question, just post it in the normal forums, and state you are using 64bit.

The 64bit section is closed for good. Alot of people now use 64bit, and there is no sense having a seperate section.

64bit has closed because a lot of the errors are now common
