Hotspot with MAC address based traffic counting

Hi there,

I've been asked to replace an existing hotspot service with a setup that is tailor made to their specs.

Business wants customers to be able to connect to their unsecured AP and surf the 'net freely, but with a daily megabyte limit.

So the question is, what will I need to use to set up a traffic accounting server that is based on MAC addresses? - Will any flavour of RADIUS server do the trick?
