Is there a theme like this?

Lately I seem to prefer simplicity in my interface. No antialiasing, blur, shadow, translucency... Just clean and sharp edges.

Is there a theme like this for Gnome or KDE?

Hey,

I have very little knowledge of what themes are out there, but I came across this KDE theme (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=16028). I'm not saying that it's exactly what you want, but it seems to have a reasonably simple and clean interface.

Go to art.gnome.org and search for "mist" in the search box. It may be what you are looking for. Here's an example: http://art.gnome.org/themes/gtk2/636

Alternatively, browse through all of the application themes at art.gnome.org; there aren't that many (200-ish), and you might see something else you like.

it's called the smooth engine. The diff you get with pixmaps isn't work the speed loss so no one bothers to make and no one really wants.
I tried to make a simple concept theme that people could easily change colors with but, as I expected, the response wasn't enthusuastic
