Mark is still most likely the chairman of the company. The CEO position is just executive to corporate functions in terms of hierarchy.

OT: read in shuttleworth's blog that various companies wanted ubuntu in their entry level netbook/laptop.
Let's hope that by next year we would see more ubuntu users.
