Errors out the wazooo after changing repository

So I am sorta new the the whole sources thing, can someone help me out. I keep getting this error when i fire up the package manager. All I did was change the sources lol. Any one out there to help?

After you change your sources.list file run the following from a terminal


sudo apt-get update

to apply the changes.
