Full screen Video picture

eMSN gives a rather small webcam picture. Is there an easy way of getting a large screen two way webcam picture, perhaps separately via VLC?

Because my friend's command of English is limited I need the text translation provided by eMSN, but I would like to send and receive a larger sized live video.

I would be most grateful for some indication of What separate programs will broadcast and receive full screen pictures? My friend uses Windows.

It occurs to me that skype could be the answer. They claim to give full screen pictures. What do you think?
