Because it takes forever to get account to gnome-look.org I'll send this one here.

I got bored because I couldn't find any decent OSX theme for Gnome and XFCE so I made my own. The base code is from Hacked theme by Archive, so big thanks to him :)

Try it out and give me some feedback.

not bad but....what's diff about it from the others? I don't have any others installed because they are so bad but I don't see any diff.

-the bottom round corners on the shadded state are not coded
-there's no maximize state
-too big vertically, though that's personal preference... titlebars are almost always 23 px at 10pt fonts and scale up with the users larger titlebar font size. 24px is livable but 27px? Which would also mean the buttons are too big. Some people like it this way though so wait and see if anyone else mentions it. I won't be using it as I have my own.

Thanks for the reply! :) My theme is not ready yet (or near) so this helps. I'll check these things out and try to fix them.
