View Full Version : [ubuntu] Thumb Drive boot?

Hey Everyone!

I'm just wondering about setting up a thumb-drive boot for a friend of mine who wants to use Adour for music recording but relies on windows for school work (and isn't good enough with computers to set up a dual boot).

What I want to do here is just buy a memory stick and put ubuntu or kubuntu on it and then find a way to have adour already on it and good to go.

how can I do this?

Thanks everyone!

Awesome, got it up and running... but how do I go about getting Adour on it?

I'm afraid that is over my head. Surely someone here (or there) knows.

How big is the thumb drive? and How big is the program (sorry I don't have any experience with Adour.)
