View Full Version : Samba stop working after upgrade...

After I did the upgrade to Dapper, samba stopped working properly. I cannot connect to my samba shares any more. I can see the network computer and can connect to the local samba shares but I cannot connect to my remote desktop which runs breezy and winxp. I wonder if samba config files were changed in a new version.

EDIT: solved by doing a clean install...

i just did a clean install from Flight 4...and then did the upgrade. It is not working for me.

Installing libgnomevfs2-extra may help. It did for me.
