Another Windows 7 Virtualization Question

I'm planning a new PC build in a week or so. Will be going with Core 2 Quad and 8 G RAM. When I rebuild my ops, I'm planning on taking the plunge into doing some virtualization within the Lx ops. Since I'll have the h/w, I'm planning on making the switch to 64 bit on the Lx side.

The question is : can I effectivley run a Windows 7 64 bit within a Lx hosted 64 bit ops? I need to purchase the Windows ops and don't want to go the 64 bit if I can't use it in VM.

should run just fine, I think there is a certain kernel for vbox. It's all pretty easy.

you can run 64bit guests on 32 bit hosts even.
