Cant cancel cups print jobs

Hi all,

I've just installed and setup an older computer to act as a print server for a computer class running windows xp machines. The print server is running ubuntu 9.10 and is using CUPS 1.4.1

I've setup the cupsd.conf file to allow access to the web interface from any computer on the network, here is a copy of the /etc/cups/cupsd.conf file

I can access the web interface from any computer on the network, however when I try to cancel a print job using the cups web interface I am told that the job has been canceled but the print jobs keep on printing. If I cancel jobs from the windows xp printers and faxes control window I get an access denied error message and the print jobs keep on printing.

I am guessing this might be a permissions thing ???

Any advice in solving this would be appreciated.
