Looks like one error message that has "duplicates" hundreds of times because the desktop is not refreshing nearly fast enough.

I've seen that dozens of times on my work station where i'm currently sitting.

The Desktop appearing .... but having to wait till all the apps on the bottom menu bar load in fully, and the pop ups for webcams, antivirus updates .... to be able to use it ......

Because you also know if you do not wait ..... its going to hang for ages .........

( By the time your applications running ..... your ready to switch it off because of the frustration and being too annoyed to do anything ..... constructive ..... other than re-shaping your PC with a hammer ..... ask me if I miss it ......... !!! )

Sorry just ..... 1 ...... the waiting time ...... after the Desktop appears ......

hm... DEP is a really nice thing- i have no problems with it (i.e. i didn't found /yet/ program that doesn't work fine with DEP on)

but going back to topic: i had similar situations (i.e. desktop not refreshed) in computer running linux... which proves (moment of silence): nothing (or, from the other hand- it proves that there is no perfect software, everything has bugs)
