Recover .pas files

I have Ubuntu Karmic and I accidentally deleted (not moved to the trash can) a .pas file. I know there is foremost , but I don't know how to make it recognize the .pas file format. What can I do?

I assume that's Pascal source code -- just a text file, right?

$sudo foremost -v -t pas -i myfile.pas ?
