how do I find client parameters

If I have a game where you need to run an exe and that exe runs a client.exe, how do I find out what parameters it tells the client.exe to make it run? I cant run the initial exe on wine or cedega, although I can run it on windows. I wanna see if the client will work on wine or cedega though.
