1. Cross platform access. It would be nice to have a client which is windows compatible.

2. Do not cap things at 50 GB. Why? Dropbox allows 100 GB. But why stop there? Why not simply make it:

2 GB - FREE
50 GB - $10
100 GB - $20
150 GB - $30
200 GB - $40
250 GB - $50

etc.

I would LOVE to have it large enough to be able to store my encrypted /home in the cloud and auto sync it every once in a while.

3. Make a secondary access method such as (secure) FTP? This would then help lessen the issue with #1.

I would like to see more access as well. specifically for the online contacts, where i can use the web app to add/edit/view the contacts. though there is no way to download the file except for through a sync with evolution (which is just big and cumbersome when all you want is to make a backup of the server "back up".

In short love the little java apps, though want to download the data to.

I think that this or something similar is planned for Lucid.

You're welcome. Thank you for your work on getting this going and helping. After playing around a little bit I do think Ubuntu One has a lot of potential and can be very useful. I'm still trying to get Bindwood working but am sharing some files between computers and am finding it very useful already.

We are planning on implementing this for Lucid! Please check out our specification for the new and improved Ubuntu One app: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Specs/LucidUbuntuOneClientApp
