Ubuntu Hangs!!! -- dhcdbd - message handler not found

I am facing the Unreponsiveness of Ubuntu.

Symptoms: -
While using "Transmission BitTorrent Client", my systems hangs up. I am not able to move my mouse or perform any action. The "Caps Lock" & "Scroll Lock" Keys start blinking.
I checked my log and got the following: -

The only option left to me is to shut down the computer by cutting the power off from UPS.

Now please anybody who has encountered the same problem or knows the solution, help me.
