0.22 Mythbuntu Theme MythVideo

With the Mythbuntu theme in 0.22, the MythVideo List view needs scrolling wrap around going up or down. Currently, when you load the view, you can only scroll down. This kinda sucks if I have 500 videos and I want to watch "Zorro".....

Where can I submit this Feature Request?
