Greetings to all,
I have just downloaded the DVD version of Breezy Badger unfortunately when I try to install it on our Acer Aspire 5002 WLMi all the text appears in a 3" wide strip on the left hand edge of the screen. The same thing happens if I try and run the live DVD.
Could anyone please advise how to rectify this situation?
Thanks for reading this far.

If you press F1 at the boot: prompt, you get advanced options. The one I had to use to get the display correct was
boot: vga=771
try some of those options, see if they make any difference...?

Thanks for the advice Stuart.
Ubuntu is now visible on my laptop, alas there seems to be a problem with the installation files. I'm going to try a server install as per your advice on the AMD64 Versions won't run/install thread.

If you have a broadband connection, and some patience, I would also suggest you grab the DVD version via bittorrent. The DVD install was pretty much flawless (apart from the Broadcom wireless card, but that is another story entirely!).
