Sizeup like functionality for gnome

I really got addicted to SizeUP [1] on OSX. A great tool for moving and resizing windows (like move terminal window to the top and resize to 50% of screen hight). Now I miss this functionality on my Gnome desktop. Does anybody know a similar tool for Gnome or is it possible to define some custom keyboard shortcut?
