Yeah I hope more and more government agencies pick up on Linux. It's so much better and easier to maintain. Where I work we have to go around to all the branches every few months and clean up all the spyware/viruses, and that's valuable time that could go to other things, which I imagine could be well spent by the government.

The NSA works to protect the nation's interests and security through cryptography and technical intelligence. Of course they use *nix...have for years.

Does anyone know what percentage of their computers use each operating system? As good as Linux is I find it hard to believe they don't have a couple of Windows machines...
