Wireless and Display Problem?

Hi. I have a Dell Dimension 3000, preloaded with XP OEM. I dualbooted it with Ubuntu last night. I need help installing some drivers. First off, I have a alfa network USB wireless card.( Realtek RTL8187 ) and it kindof installed. Like, i followed the readme and it connects, but it does not let me surf the web.
Also, I need the drivers for Intel 82865G Graphics Controller. I can not make my resolution higher than 640X480. I need 1024X768.
