I spent 6 hours downloading the x86-64 openSUSE 11.2 dvd iso because I heard virtualbox now supports 64bit guests if you have a 64bit host, but it doesn't work. I found out afterwards that just because your host is 64bit, and your running 64bit virtualbox, doesn't mean you can run 64bit guests, your host machines bios also need to support VT-x/AMD-V which mine apparently doesn't.

Also the entire time downloading, my internet was pretty much useless because the download was using up all my bandwidth.

I closed the door to my house this morning, apparently a little too hard, and all the snow on the roof careened down and landed on my head.

So, now I'm wet and cold, and have to shovel out the walkway, which made me late for work.

So, after I change my clothes, and head out to work, I realize I forgot me cell phone. And the phone at work is ringing off the hook with people trying to get ahold of me for stupid reasons. Then my boss picks up the line and get's a personal phone call of mine, which irritated him...

This is my current Friday the 13th situation.

I had an excellent day. New (to me) vintage Sansui speakers, 3 different models no less. My wife landed a good job, my kids report cards look great, oh shite, somethings gotta go wrong soon, but what the hell, I'll enjoy the way things are for now :)
