On my Mac, I have the option in System Preferences > Appearance to set how I want the scroll bar to behave on click. So, when I click on a point in the scrollbar it can either jump to that location, or just move up/down a bit.
Can I set Ubuntu 9.04 to behave in the same way? I want the scroll bar to jump to where I click.
Basically, I want to switch what the middle scroll button does right now, with the regular first click. This link (http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/16683/) showed me that the middle click on a scroll bar will perform the function that I'm asking for, but I want to change it to the first mouse button. Possible??
