At long last I have got nearly everything working after the 9.04 to 9.10 upgrade.

So I want to move from GRUB to GRUB2.

I have an iMac 8,1.

I looked at instructions etc and it says to use grub-pc....BUT....I notice this said it the PC/BIOS version.

The iMac is EFI not BIOS, so what do I use please to upgrade my iMac to GRUB2?????

On an Imac8.1 you can use either or both grub-pc and grub-efi, but start with grub-pc.
