Using Ubuntu Server on Wubi?

I just want to make a home file server using Ubuntu 9.04 or 9.10. I already have 9.10 installed on my computer with Wubi and I also have the server .iso. Is there any way that I can install server edition from my install within wubi? I would like to keep windows on that computer.

It seems to not supported, but editing a configuration file will let you do it. But it's not recommended to run a server from a nested file system (which is what Wubi is doing.)
