My wife's starling's keyboard started behaving funny. Once in a while (actually twice today) it would stop working when you start netbook (cold start). Keyboard would not response at all. It would work fine after turn off/on. No other problems, i.e. if it works it works fine.
I'm didn't upgrade to 9.10 yet, and system is up to date.
Anyone experienced anything like this?
Thanks

That sounds less like there is an actual physical problem with the keyboard and more like something isn't loading properly... maybe a module.
Does this happen only when resuming from suspend, or does it happen after a fresh fresh reboot too?

1. When this happens, does your touchpad work?
2. Will this happen if you touch *nothing* (no touchpad, no keys) until the system is *completely* booted (i.e. all of the icons in the upper right of your LCD are finished loading)?

Will do some testing and be back with details. Extra detail, we do have mouse plugged in almost all the time, and this mouse is almost surely is moved during this boot time.
