Error: No such disk

I've installed Ubuntu Server on my local system, but, when I load it, It says:

Loading GRUB...
Error: no such disk
grub repair >

I've tried reinstalling it, but, I can't get it to work!

Please help.

Could you please provide more information about your system?

What version of Ubuntu are you using. Do you have any other OS installed? What is hardware configuration of your PC and so on.

Output you provided indicates that MBR loader can not find partition where your system installed.
