Help Changing Themes

I would like some help in being able to save multiple themes. The current theme preferences are only good to a certain point, the skin of the windows and colors of the bars. I would like the capability to save multiple bar placements and skins without having to move them around. I am trying to be able to run a Mac OS X theme with one click (after all is setup of course), then be able to change to a windows 7 theme (one click), then change to a custom ubuntu theme (one click), all in one inside an app.
