Where is login Window

I just have installed Ubuntu 9.10 and I can't find System\Administration\Login Window
I have only Login Screen.
I want to install Mac4lin and there's so many problems
GDM themes wouldn install to usr\share\gdm it says no such file or directory
I wanted to do it myself but I can't cahnge theme usual way System\Administration\Login Window becaus it'is not there.
What did i do wrong?
