Severe packet loss from Mini 9 Broadcom driver when upgrading to 9.10

I upgraded from 9.04 to 9.10 and it seemingly ran into no problems. But after a week i had noticed that my internet connection had been quite lagged with just the net book. So I pinged my router and found that i am getting packet losses of over 50%.

Is anyone running into this problem?

Ouch. I'm doing updates to my Mini 9 and ran across this thread ... maybe I should have stuck with 8.10.
