Just scored a dell server and have installed Server 8.04 on it (since it's an LTS) I'm wanting to install VMWare Server 2.0 on it and set up a virtual network to play around and learn on. How do I go about downloading/installing the VMWare Server packages from the Ubuntu Server command-line? I'm having trouble finding this info. I know with a standard download/install of VMWare Server you have to register on the site and get your license code, etc. but I'm now sure how that all works out from the text-only server console.
