Hi

I'm not much of a video guy, just want to do a few cuts and transitions in some videos. I'm trying out Kino, but when I'm importing my videos (in avi) the result is the audio and video are out-of-sync. They play correctly in mplayer and the movie player, it's just when i import it that they become out-of-sync.

Anybody know how to fix or get around this? I'd appreciate it very much.

Thanks.

-- P.S. I just installed Kdenlive but it's a bit too complicated for me right now. Don't even know where to start...

I use Devede to synchronize audio and video.
Encode AVI to Mpeg (renember to adjust the size to disk)
