Unreal 3D.

Edit: They released whats called the Unreal Developer Kit. It is the full engine and development IDE for using it.

Epic Games just announced the release of the Unreal Development Kit (UDK), a free edition of the Unreal Engine 3.

Yea... I'm glad they finally made this but at the same time I wish they would deliver on the Unix clients they promised some two years ago now.

But Duke Nukem Forever is still using that engine!!!
