"Iconify (minimize) to desktop" in Fluxbox/Openbox/etc?

In some older window managers, if you iconify a window, it disappears and turns into an icon on your desktop. If you click on the icon, the window is restored. Is there an existing utility that can do this, and works with Fluxbox?

use rox-filer to do the desktop icons, it has that option in the preferences.
