Hello. I have an An apple Powerbook G4 running ubuntu 9.04 at the moment but I'm having some problems with it and I would like to branch out in another distro. I was wondering if anyone could give me some information about some other distros and what distro would work best for my computer and for my purposes.

Specs:

PowerBook G4 15" Screen
1.5ghz
has the added Wifi Card (not sure what it's called)
80GB HDD

Purposes:

I would like to be able to play movies, listen to music, Photos, Mainly media sorts of things. Browse the net and use IM. Pretty basic stuff really.
Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks and if you need more information I'd be happy to help. :)

Once tried running Fedora 10 on this 400 Mhz computer of my grandfather's.....
T'was a-ok-nightmare.
Really, no matter what distro you get, it's all gonna run ok, you got a 1.5 Ghz processor. I recommend Fedora (KDE or GNOME), openSUSE (KDE or GNOME).
