Hi I'm using Rythmbox on Jaunty 64-bit. Built-in motherboard audio.
During playback, sound cuts out randomly for a fraction of a second up to about 2 seconds at a time. This happens at random intervals, about once per minute of playback or about 1-5
I have had this happen during playback with mplayer, although it seems to happen much less (this is a very subjective impression -- I have not extensively tested mplayer for comparison).
Any suggestions on where to start looking for/fixing the problem?
