It seems the new changes that come with gtk+ 2.18 cause some mouse problems with some apps. I've been experiencing problems with Flash not correctly catching 'clicks', for example.
Is there a bug fix in the pipes ?
PS: A possible workaround for this problem is using "export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=true" before starting the app.
