No shutdown button?

I upgraded to Xubuntu 9.10 from 9.04 after about 6 hours it was done. I don't see many changes but what I do see is theyve took away the shutdown button? the only way to shutdown is to click the door which logs out, then click shutdown. Its a bit of a problem becuse i connect to this from vnc...

Can i put the shutdown button back, or is there a keyboard shortcut to it?
