I've written a 1400 word Word Press article detailing my experiments with Ubuntu KVM and the Virtual Machine Manager program. It contains lots of screen shots. It's mostly aimed at KVM virtualization newbies and probably inadvertedly repeats other HowTos, but you might find it helpful.
