Hi,
can someone tell me how to turn off these pop-ups:

I cant find settings for it in pidgin and also in control panel.

Pidgin Menu -> Tools -> Plugins -> Libnotify Popups -> [Configure Plugin]

uncheck "Buddy signs on" not there anymore?

Thanks! I was looking for it directly via pidgin settings.
