If you are referring to notify-osd... the answer is NO :/

Unfortunately people who are developing that OSD are not willing (or don't have time) to implement those features at the moment. There is a hidden menu item which should be used to configure OSD (you can access it by running notification-properties)... but no matter what you configure OSD still won't use those settings...
