Hi everybody
i have got a problem with my VirtualMachine.
System:
Ubuntu 9.0.4 + VMware-Player 2.5.3 ( Windows-XP )
I installed the VMware-Player and ran the VM. Everything worked fine at the beginnung.
I installed some software at the XP-VM. No problems so far.
But from the third or fourth restart of the VM, the VMware-player couldn't manage to get the network running.
ErrorText was the following:
"The network bridge on device vmnet0 is temporarily down because the bridged Ethernet interface is down."
PS: the network connection on the Ubuntu-System is fine :)
its just the vm, that fails...
I didn't find anything according to this problem in the forum. Maybe some of you has got an idea? :)
thanks so far
greetings
