Well, of course nobody would know what the attack is or what it does, as its from the continuation of where the original Inuyasha series left off (actually, its from future episodes of the new series which haven't aired yet... o.O). The attack shown is the Meidou Zangetsuha, stolen from the Tenseiga (this attack is only shown in the newer series) which opens the Path to the Underworld and sends whatever gets hit by the attack to its death. The form of Tetsuaiga needed to unleash Meidou Zangetsuha is the Black Tetsuaiga. However, this is a spoiler, so I should stfu now... :P And don't ask how I know this if the episodes haven't been aired yet... :p
