Need help compiling

I need to compile this tool (usbtool) so I can use my steering wheel in linux, but i've tried of many ways and I cant make it, it ask me for files idk how to obtain.

These are the instructions

Build dependices: libusb, swig (for build python libusb wrapper)

Just unpack tarball and run build.sh

Run dependices: libusb, python

start python usbtool or ./usbtool --list for help

Can anyone help ? thanks

then run build.sh and see how you do
