I think we plan on upgrading to vB4, but it isn't out just yet, so we're unable to test it

According to that article the discount period for existing license holders ends before the Beta product is fully available for testing. If true that is just bizarre...

I've heard of using your paying customers as beta testers, but this is more like making your customers your V.C.s.
